How long is a typical lease term?

Lease terms typically range from 1-5 years. We are flexible with tenants as special needs may arise throughout your term. Simply contact us for more information should you ever have a problem.

How fast can we have the keys to our new property?

As soon as we have a signed lease, proof of insurance, and first month’s rent with the security deposit. The process generally takes 2-5 business days, depending on the size of the lease.

What happens if we begin to grow out of our space?

We love to hear that our tenants are growing and therefore their businesses are profiting. Our park is comprised of 1.4 million square feet of office and warehouse space, and we can normally find the extra space our tenants need for short or long term expansions.

How secure is the property?

We have on-site security every day, even after business hours.

What is triple Freeport tax exemption?

Depending on the type of business you run and how inventory is handled, there are tax incentives that can be achieved at the city, county, and state levels.

Where do we pick up our mail?

We have a US Post Office located within our business park.

Are there any good restaurants in the area?

Yes, we are close to Loop 820E, I-30, 121, and 183, all of which provide close proximity to restaurants and other retail businesses.

Can a space be modified to meet our specific needs?

Yes, we can make modifications to our spaces to meet your unique needs. Existing tenants should contact property management to discuss any modification plans before starting.

Are we able to renew our lease easily once it expires?

Yes, we look forward to a long relationship with you and your business.
